Dwarka, New Delhi and the sectors immediately around it. If your pincode is outside our area the checkout will say so before you pay. We do not ship anywhere else in India and we do not ship internationally.

• ·2 working days from the time the order is confirmed, for items in stock.
• ·Orders placed after 6 pm, on Sundays, or on public holidays start counting from the next working day.
• ·If an item has to come in from the supplier we call you the same day with a revised date, and you can cancel for a full refund if it does not suit you.
• ·Peak weeks before a school session opens can add a day. We will tell you at the time of ordering rather than after.

• ·₹49 on orders below ₹1500.
• ·Free on orders of ₹1500 and above.
• ·Cash on delivery adds a ₹20 handling charge, shown at checkout before you confirm.
• ·Your free first exchange carries no delivery charge in either direction.

Every price on this site includes GST. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay — there is nothing added afterwards.

We call before setting out. If nobody is home we try once more the next working day at a time you choose. After a second failed attempt the order returns to the shop and we refund it, less the delivery charge, or hold it for collection at the shop — your choice.

Please check the parcel before the delivery person leaves. Sizes and quantities are easiest to fix on the spot.

You get an order number the moment the order is placed, and a call from the shop when it goes out for delivery. For anything else, +91 99995 05174 during shop hours is the fastest route.
